Holdfast Designs Counting Bracelets

What is a counting bracelet?  Knitters use one when knitting complicated patterns, or when increasing/decreasing stitches.  Those who follow Weight Watchers® use one to keep track of daily or weekly points or golfers to keep a tally of strokes on the green.  Anyone who needs to keep count of something will want one of these.

To use the bracelet, you slip a small bead through a "marking" ring of smaller beads strung on a stretchy cord.  The count is kept by moving the small beads through the ring to represent one stitch, point, stroke or other object being counted.  To represent the first ten actions, move one of the large beads through the ring.

Each bracelet closes with a lobster-claw or spring-ring clasp.  When you take the bracelet off, close the clasp next to the stretchy ring to be sure that your place isn't lost between uses. 

You'll notice that one end of the bracelet is fixed, and the other end is free to move.  This allows the beads more freedom to self-adjust  as you go through your repetitions.

Most of the bracelets are adjustable from 6 1/2 to 7 3/4 inches.  Most count to 100 but some are are designed to keep track of lower numbers (generally 50 - 60).  If a bracelet is not adjustable, or counts to less than 100, this is noted in the individual bracelet description.  All bracelets come with instructions for use.
